Liability and Terms Agreements for Reflections Automotive Detailing


1. Liability Release and Waiver

By signing up for our auto detailing services, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Reflections Automotive Detailing, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from the use of our services.

2. Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website. Payment is due at the time of service. In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to pay all legal fees and costs incurred by Reflections Automotive Detailing.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know and we will make it right.

5. Damage Policy

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur. In the event that damage does occur, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent. We may use your contact information to send you promotional offers and updates about our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reflections Automotive Detailing makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality of our services or the accuracy of the information provided on our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan.

By signing up for our auto detailing services or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

CANCELATION POLICY

Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 12 hours of notice free of charge. Failure to provide advanced notification, will result in an additional fee of $25 for rescheduling an appointment.

ALL cancellations (other than weather related) must be made with a minimum of 24-hour notice to avoid Cancellation Penalties. Upon request, a reminder will be sent via email or text message with date and time of appointment the day prior and one hour prior to your appointment.

A $50 Cancellation Penalty will apply when failing to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Additionally, Reflections Automotive Detailing reserves the right to apply the following Cancellation Surcharges:

First cancellation β€” No surcharge

Second cancellation β€” 10% surcharge of previous scheduled job, plus next appointment must be prepaid via CashApp

Third cancellation β€” 25% sur.
